About our Mat Classes:

Our beginners course is run over 6 weeks, whereby we implement a progressive repertoire starting with the fundamentals of the routine in the first couple of weeks and build up to a dynamic workout by the 6th week.  At least two instructors are present whenever possible so that you know you are getting the attention you need to perform each exercise correctly and effectively. COST: $72 for the 6 weeks, payable up front.

Our Tuesday evening intermediate course is run over 10 weeks, to ensure motivation and progression. COST: An up front payment of $100 is required at the first session, which covers one class a week for 10 weeks.

Our Thursday evening mixed mat intermediate course is run over 6 weeks and will incorporate the use of various small apparatus. COST: $72 for the 6 weeks, payable up front.

In conjunction with your class (or classes) with Pilates Tasmania, we recommend you adopt a 10 or 15 minute DAILY Pilates workout at home.  This doesn't have to be strenuous nor difficult - remember the most effective Pilates exercises are those which are completed with precision and perfection.  A few repetitions of say 5 Pilates exercises a day will bring you TREMENDOUS results.

What to bring:
Please bring a towel and a thick mat to class.  Pilates mats are quite spongey, and are also quite long - if you are keen on purchasing a mat, please contact Mary to arrange an order.

To register:
If you would like to register your interest in attending our classes, please leave your details on the 'Contact Us' page, give Mary a call  - 0419 225 535.
